Travel Expenses

Travel expenses are not included in the team membership or registration fees. Each Hub City Pride team will be responsible for covering these expenses through parent contributions, team fundraising, or a combination of both.

Travel expenses may include, but are not limited to:

• Gas or other transportation costs
• Hotel accommodations
• Meals
• Team activities
• Other travel-related expenses

The responsibility for covering these expenses ultimately rests with the parents or guardians of participating players. Coaches and team representatives will communicate estimated costs and fundraising opportunities as they become available.

Tournament Opportunities & Scheduling

Tournament opportunities are listed in the Registration tab and are intended to provide families with an overview of potential events throughout the season.

Please understand that tournament dates and participation are subject to change based on several factors, including:

• Weather and facility availability
• Level and availability of competition
• The host tournament's ability to provide enough teams in our age group/bracket
• Team registration numbers
• Fundraising and travel considerations
• Other circumstances outside of our control

If a scheduled tournament is canceled or becomes unavailable, we will make every reasonable effort to identify a replacement opportunity. However, a replacement tournament cannot be guaranteed, as availability, timing, competition, and other scheduling factors may limit our options.

Our goal is to provide each Hub City Pride team with meaningful competitive opportunities while being responsible with our families' time and resources.
